BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
● BSEE or MSEE from an accredited engineering university
● 2+ years’ experience in an EE board-level design role
● Must have strong critical thinking skills and be self-motived
● Must be customer support-minded
● Ability to use basic software debug tools
● Ability to write scripts to support work (Python)
● Familiar with USB2/USB3/DP standards
● Familiar with signal integrity measurement techniques (i.e. eye diagrams, setup and hold, etc.)
● Able to demonstrate knowledge of electrical circuits
● Basic knowledge of computer architecture and typical configurations of computer HW
● Able to travel to Asia on occasion
● Up to 25% travel maybe required between locations
● Must possess valid US Driver’s License
● Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● Completion of several product design life cycles from conception to manufacturing
● Altium experience
● Experience in design for cost, reliability and manufacturability
● Proficiency documenting engineering designs, proposals, and reports in oral or written form are part of your everyday activities
● Board level design using current EE tools: simulation, schematic capture, and PCB layout
● High volume consumer product experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Developing design of experiments (DOE) and executing DOEs for validation of hardware against specifications.
● Testing and troubleshooting the signal integrity of high-speed cables and bus systems in an interoperability matrix of various hardware configurations, operating systems and use cases.
● Document and communicate test results.
