  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a recruiting field.
  • Experience sourcing as well as creating and executing robust search strategies to attract talent, including but not limited to the use of Boolean, keyword, and reverse search strings.
  • Strong experience negotiating and drafting competitive offers and closing candidates effectively.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end recruiting lifecycles.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and interview process management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with team members and hiring managers.
  • Self-starter and able to work with little direct supervision.


  • Experience sourcing for technical talent. Preferred focus in recruiting hardware design engineers with mechanical, electrical, firmware, controls, or automation engineering backgrounds.
  • Experienced using the following platforms: LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
  • Experience networking at events, conventions, and career fairs.
  • Proven ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience under pressure while being able to give respectful pushback when required.
  • Proven ability to recruit on loosely defined or ambiguous requisitions.
  • Up to 20% travel maybe required between locations.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
