Fundraising Cheer
At the end of a year filled with continued stability for our full time employees, additions of top tier talent from across industries, and exciting new client work including Space Tech, AC has a lot to be thankful for.
VP of HR & Culture, Hilary Bennett, and her team pulled together a Battle of the Bands Holiday Fundraiser for our year end party. The talent of our coworkers and friends blew us away!
We sold custom AC t-shirts with proceeds given to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of our founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family’s ability to pay.
We also continued last year’s tradition of present collection for Toys for Tots.
The primary goal of Marine Toys for Tots is, through the gift of a new toy, help bring the joy of Christmas and send a message of hope to America’s less fortunate children.
Bonus points for those outside of AC if you can guess who inspired our design!
“It’s a funny thing about life, once you begin to take note of the things you are grateful for, you begin to lose sight of the things that you lack.”

The Holiday Rock Show
We had no idea the rock star talent hiding at AC. We had a total of 4 acts with members across the organization:
> Solo – Dan Faulkner, AC Principal Mechanical Engineer.
> Douglas Fir Coats – Dave Park, AC Engineering Manager.
> BluRoom – Brett Anderson, AC Program Director.
> Hoot Hoots – Ben Lewis, AC Associate Mechanical Engineer
Our favorite photographer Craig Paulsen captured amazing moments from the various performances.
10 Year AC Anniversary Watch
We’re fortunate to have several employees that have grown with AC for over 10 years! Founders Neal Andrews and Steve Cooper spent over a year working with a local watch maker to create a custom watch that commemorates this significant milestone. They were able to personally hand out the first batch of watches to these incredible AC folks, and look forward to continuing this tradition for years to come. Thank you for being part of making AC a very special place to work!

Sweater Weather?
We had some hard-to-judge holiday sweater contestants this year. With Steve P Cooper, AC Operations Manager, assisting after receiving his 10 Year Anniversary Watch, it looks like Reuben Haupt, AC Senior Mechanical Engineer and Team Lead, takes the cake! Or fireplace? Either way, congrats!
Santa?! We know him!
Santa Steve and his helpers came by to say hi and distribute presents to AC families. We sure are grateful you all stopped by! I hope we had enough cookies and milk…
Thank you to our wonderful AC Teammates for setting up, playing tunes, giving gifts and donations, and sharing in this year’s holiday cheer – Onward to 2023!
