Hilary Bennett is the Vice President of Human Resources and Culture at Andrews Cooper, where she leads the firm’s people strategy. Since joining AC in 2018 as a Talent Acquisition Manager, she has progressed through multiple leadership roles, making a meaningful impact across all facets of the business through her people-centered approach. With more than 15 years of experience partnering with highly technical teams, Hilary brings deep expertise in talent, organizational development, and culture-building. She holds a B.S. in Business from Portland State University and an M.S. in Organizational Psychology from Northeastern University, and is driven by a commitment to creating an environment where people can build fulfilling careers through exceptional hiring, thoughtful decision-making, and leadership grounded in kindness.
