Neal Andrews

After working at HP for 19 years, Neal founded AC with Steve Cooper in 2000. As a co-founder, he works with AC’s Leadership Team and Board to inspire continuous improvement and optimize AC’s success. Neal graduated from Oregon State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He sees that AC’s primary goal is always to meet or exceed customer expectations while maintaining a family-friendly work environment that maximizes everyone’s job satisfaction. We do this by seeking interesting and challenging projects, taking a team approach to complete them, empowering our people, encouraging good work/life balance, and providing great pay and benefits.
