Tyler Smith is Co-CEO of Andrews Cooper, leading the company alongside Co-CEO Joe Harsany as they continue the legacy of co-leadership established by founders Neal Andrews and Steve V. Cooper. Tyler began his career at Andrews Cooper more than 20 years ago as a Mechanical Engineer. Over the next 17 years, he played a key role in building the company’s Automation business, developing complex, custom automation solutions for clients across a range of industries. Tyler is passionate about forming and leading high-performing teams that thrive on solving complex technical challenges together. His leadership reflects both deep technical experience and a strong commitment to collaboration, innovation, and carrying forward the culture that defines Andrews Cooper.
